    Why is skim milk never included as a choice in my menus – I had chosen it as one of my favorites (I don’t much care for soy or nut or coconut beverages – and dry cereal is not great)

    Hi, Cheryl. I’m not sure why that is happening, so I forwarded this issue to our tech support them. In the meantime, you can swap a starchy carbohydrate exchange for it.
