I’m new, just started today. I want to know what I can sweeten my tea with. And can I put half and half or cream in my coffee?
Hi, jstults, and welcome. We recommend natural low-carbohydrate sweeteners such as Stevia, with or without erythritol. You can read more about these in our article here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/the-best-way-to-sweeten-your-tea-2.
Half-and-half is fine if it’s the real thing, or an “all-natural” vegan milk. Try to avoid artificial big-brand coffee “whiteners.”
