I a new member, and much prefer Grapeseed Oil to Olive Oil. I didn’t see that mentioned. Is it OK to substitute the Grape Seed Oil?
Grape seed oil is much higher in omega-6 fatty acids, of which most people already get much too much – this has been linked to poor health effects, especially in women. If you don’t like olive oil, you can try organic canola oil (the organic is critical here), macadamia/hazelnut/almond oils, or chia oil.
