MemberHi I just joined and my first week meal planner is so boring. Also I am intolerant to more foods then just gluten and cows milk. I find I get hungry in the middle of the night too even if I’ve eaten a good meal. I had salmon with salad last night and was starving in middle of night again.i don’t like rice cakes but eat gym free corn cakes but these aren’t on the list. As I can’t eat eggs breakfast is a real struggle but I just found a recipe for pancakes using water and gluten free fluour would this be ok to try?

MemberHi, Bethleah. Your recipe sounds just fine, as long as the gluten-free flour is not too refined and has some fiber. Regarding the rice cake subsitution with corn cakes, that is absolutely fine if the corn cakes are relatively unrefined. As for the nighttime hunger issue, is the amount of food in this menu very different from the amount you ate before joining? Is the hunger greater here?
