Why are there no selection for bananas or peanut butter? I have not seen them!
Hi, csander64. Peanut butter is listed as “nut butter,” and banana is usually listed in the “Fruits” category. Since you selected a “low-sugar” menu, you may not have it in your lists, but absolutely can have bananas – but keep in mind that because they are very rich, each counts for 2 fruit exchanges or 1 fruit + 1 carb exchange.
Thank you! As I love peanut butter and bananas…so far I really enjoy this site, thank you for helping.
I learned to eat chayote squash on my last diet. I cook it with cinnamon and stevia. Can anyone tell me how much would be a serving?
Hi, Red1954. 1 small (about 5 inches or 12.5 cm) or 1 cup (240 ml) chayote squash is equal to a vegetable exchange, while Stevia and cinnamon are “free.”
