    Hi – I just completed my 4th week and I love the Trim Down Club diet – I feel great and I’m learning how to eat the right foods. My only complaint is that I’ve only lost 1 pound per week and would like to lose weight more rapidly. I’ve read your suggestions to other folks to reduce their current weight and thus receive less food. I’d like to try that remedy but don’t know how much to reduce my listed weight – what do you suggest? I’m female, 5’2″ and weigh 157 lbs.

    Hi, Melody. Exercise is likely a better way to go about speeding up weight loss, but on days that you don’t exercise, you can run menus based on a weight of 137 lbs.
    If you would like guidance regarding physical activity – which doesn’t have to be strenuous, by the way – please do repost, and I would be happy to help.

    Thanks for your suggestions – I already walk 2 miles every day, so I’ll set my weight at 137 and see what happens.
