I had arthritis witch food is good for me
Hi, Patito. Anti-inflammatory foods are generally good for arthritis. Exceptions are any foods to which you may be sensitive, such as “nightshade” fruits and vegetables (potato, tomato and tomatillo, red bell pepper, eggplant, goji or wolf berries, garden huckleberries, ground cherries, and cape gooseberries – but not regular gooseberries). Anti-inflammatory foods are generally fruits, vegetables, olive oil, legumes, flax seed, chia seed, salmon, and Brazil nuts – but you can get a better idea by seeing which foods are listed in the lightest blue shade in our Menu Planner food lists (you can see these by clicking on the “My Food Choices” icon in the toolbar above your menu).
