    I have used a non-stick crepe pan with oil, as per the recipe; I have used a non-stick crepe pan with Pam; I have used a regular steel pan with oil and with Pam. The pancakes stick to the bottom and I have to scrape them off, at which point they no longer are pancakes, but are blobs. They taste great! But it seems to be impossible to make pancakes. Got any ideas?

    Hi, LynnProegler. Are you referring to one of our recipes? If so, can you paste the link here so we can look into the issue?
