I am new to this program. Every M-F I get up at 4:45am and drive 40 minutes to the gym in the building where I work. (it’s free) I eat a banana every morning on the way in to town. mainly because if I don’t I get leg cramps and it helps tie me over until I eat breakfast at 8:00am. My question is; can I keep eating the banana and not eat a fruit at my snack#1?
Yes!
Ossie, are you saying we do not have to eat what is suggested at the time suggested? I have for a long time been eating fruit first thing in the morning (on am empty stomach) before breakfast. So can I eat my fruit first thing in the morning and not at breakfast or snack #1, #2 of #3? Thanks
As long as you have a source of protein with the fruit in the morning, that is just fine.
