MemberI was truly looking forward to the diet plan and paid for a full year of menus. Then I discovered that the menus were just repeated over and over with switches to snacks, lunches, etc. Next I clicked on the sugar and fat icons and found out that they were supplements to overcome the many carbs in the menu plan. This is not a menu plan. This is a glorified advertising for supplements. I am very disappointed.

MemberHi, mscommart. The program is overall quite low in carbohydrates – about 45% of energy (lower if you make selections high in fiber), compared to up to 70% in “regular” diets. The supplements are not a requirement, just an option for people who are interested (the links are in response to the many requests we get from Clubmembers who are used to taking supplements, and want the extra sense of security, and are seeking guidance in making good purchases).
With regard to menus repeating themselves, you can increase the variety by indicating in your profile your wish for a more varied menu – see the option on the right part of the profile page. Repetition can be useful for people who don’t want to stock up on many different items in their kitchen cupboards, but you can have as varied a menu as you like. It also helps to select many different items (especially those in the light blue shades) in “My Food Choices” (link in the toolbar above your menu). - AuthorPosts
