I’m working on my first menu and I don’t understand what some of these things are. Is “White Pasta” just any regular pasta?
In the menu one of the items is “1/2 cup of Pasta, Brown Rice (cooked)” Is this Pasta or Brown Rice or do you have an option to choose which one you want??
Hi, Beth. Yes, “white” pasta is just the regular refined type, and can be any – spaghetti, macaroni, etc. “Pasta, Brown Rice” means pasta made from brown rice, like this: http://www.lundberg.com/product/organic-brown-rice-elbow-pasta/.
