Yes I would like to eat cinnamon buns or apple fritters or other baked goods but can’t find them in my meal plan or how do I go about substituting these things when I cannot find them someone please help
Hi, sanmoe. You can select “scone” in the Menu Planner food lists (under the “Carbohydrates” category, “Bread” subcategory, and substitute ounce for ounce. However, note that fritters are not baked, but rather deep fried and so not recommended on a regular basis; additionally, try to make your own baked goods using healthy ingredients such as whole grain flours.
