MemberIn the menu when I have chicken or fish if I cook using olive oil am I cheating? Or can I only use it when it appears on menu choices?

MemberHi, drawnon71. It depends on the amount – a little won’t hurt, but it’s best you measure at least once so you have an idea of how much. Have you done that?

MemberThanks?also been doing same menu for 2 weeks ago cut down on cost and was about to start 3rd. Is this harmful to plan , I do have95 rating.
