Hi – I’m very new at this, as of right now, and I’m not quite sure I understand the “low-fat” concept. I bake all my own goods, such as breads, desserts, etc., and I make my own soups from scratch. I really don’t want to start eating bread that has been altered – all breads from a store are altered chemically. How would I go about this?
Hi, JabbyJune. Don’t worry about lowfat or buying readymade products. Homemade is best. Just be sure to use the optimal ingredients, such as whole grain flour (ideally sprouted) for the bread.
