MemberHi.
What would REALLY help me would be a conversion facility of your American “cups” to grams. Or even if you could add this to the weekly planner. E.G. 1/2 (100gms) a cup of Pasta. I am spending an inordinate amount of time looking up conversions. Also, is there anywhere on the site where you have a list of all the foods – as in “My Food Choices” that gives you the value of that food e.g. 90 grams of beef = 1 protien. I know that you can switch to exchange mode on the Menu Planner, but when you want to change something or if I don’t have any of the other options offered in the cupboard, I would have some idea of the value of the items I do have. And lastly when it says Cereal cold,or 1 Weetabix, does that include the milk that you would add to it? I have had weetabix on my menu a couple of time but no milk to go with it.October 25, 2018 at 1:19 am #42182Ossie-Sharon
MemberHi, Claire. Be sure to have your menu on metric mode (left-most icon in the toolbar above your menu) – that may make things easier. The list of exchanges (both measurement systems) is here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists.
