OteoiMemberHi, I would like to know when the vegetable quantity is unlimited, like celery for example, does that mean I can have it at any time of the day or only have it as a vegetable serving within the menu. Also, the only problem I have is in the evening, I find I’m hungry and a cup of milk just doesn’t do it. Can I save some food of the day and eat it at night or what else would you suggest.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Oteoi. It’s the type of vegetable rather than the time of day that makes it “unlimited” – check out our “Free Vegetables” list in the Menu Planner food lists, in the “Vegetables” link. Your idea for dealing with hunger at night sounds good – just try not to get too heavy when you’re least active.

OteoiMemberMaybe I wasn’t clear. Can I eat the vegetables from the free vegetable list, not only as much as I want but also at anytime. (in-between the 6 meals already established)
