Good day,
I live in a ruel area in Kenya, we don’t get any low fat cheeses, cottage cheese, and yogurt, they are all full cream and i get fresh farm milk which i pasteurize it my self but it is full cream. I can also get long life milk low fat. what do you suggest i use? if its full fat must i only use half the quantity? Our ingredients are very limited.we get mostly natural Ingredients, home grown vegetables and fruit, mainly bananas. Please help with suggestions.
Kind Regards
Cindy Steyn
Hi, Cindy. What you have is the very best! Farm-fresh is ideal, and we don’t favor non-fat or low-fat.
