    Where can I get sprouted whole grain puff pastry and products. I haven’t seen them in stores and want to start shopping for this plan. I’m in Connecticut.

    Sprouted whole grain products are available at health-oriented stores such as Whole Foods Market and Trader Joe’s, as well as online at http://www.foodforlifecom.

    Thank you OSSIE you just answered my question on SWG that I hadnt asked yet. You would obviously have to get this from a health food store.Is that correct

    Yes, SWG products are generally found in health-food stores, but these include large chains such as Whole Foods Market and Trader Joes, AND they are starting to penetrate the mainstream supermarkets – even if just one brand at a time.
