How do you count the above in a recipe that does not have exchanges listed? There are some in the Recipes folder that do not have the count.
Thank you, Judy CoxHi, jcorkie. Some recipes posted by clubmembers (rather than Trim Down Club) may be missing exchanges per serving. You can either request that the exchanges be added, or calculate them using the information available at http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists.
