I signed up a couple weeks ago. I like it , but do find it a little confusing. I would like to know if you ever incorporate fasting in between if you didn’t do well for a day or so ; or perhaps had a rough weekend. While healthy eating is very important and I love your guidance for better food choices and proper food combinations, there has also been a lot of research to show that fasting occasionally can be a positive factor in weight loss
Hi, Rlcicale. A near fast for a day is fine if you overdid it – great idea. Just be sure to drink plenty of water, and don’t skimp on medications or vitamins. If you take medications that require food, try yogurt (unless you take iron, then citrus fruit other than grapefruit would be preferrable).
