Are the low cardiac exercises ok to do if I’ve had 2 stents put? I had a heart attack last year and have had rehabilation including low impact rehab exercises. I’ve also had follow on gym appointments but some of the videos on The Trim Down Club site seem too energetic.
Has anyone else been in a similar situation to me?
If so, what would be your advice on the exercise part of the programme?
Hi, Huwa. We would encourage you to consult your healthcare provider on the topic of exercises that you can safely do.
I have had 2 open heart surgeries. My drs say walk bicycle or swim. Will that work for you?
