How do I maintain my goal weight and stay in ketosis at the same time?
Hi, Mike. To stay in ketosis, simply continue with the menu plan you have now, which is based on your goal weight. If your weight starts to change signfificantly, please do repost, and I will work with you. Note that ketosis itself does not automatically cause weight loss – note that many people use it as a medical diet to manage epilepsy, and definitely don’t wish to lose weight!
