I am new to the program and am wondering if I don’t have the proper food listed for the menu, what is the easiest way to know what to exchange it for? Example: snack…1 c Edamame…..what would I exchange to? Is Feta cheese similar to Goat cheese? Are Dates in the same category as Figs?…..how many dates for 2 Figs? Thanks for any help. Jackie
