Ingredients

  • Avocado, 3 avocado (316 g)
  • Shrimps, peeled and deveined, 0.75 lb (340 g)
  • Cucumber, 3/4 cup (82 g)
  • Radish, 5 radishes (20 g)
  • Olive Oil, 4 tablespoon (60 g)
  • Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields (48 g)
  • Table salt, 1 pinch (2 g)
  • Black Pepper, 1/3 teaspoon (1 g)
  • Mayonnaise, 3 tablespoon (42 g)
  • Romaine Lettuce, 4 leaf outer (112 g)
  • Sesame seeds, 2 tbsp (18 g)

Instructions

  1. Boil shrimp for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and place in ice water to cool in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a bowl mix oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
  3. Slice the avocado, radish and cucumber and add them to the sauce.
  4. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
  5. Add sesame seeds and garnish with lettuce.
