Ingredients
- Avocado, 3 avocado (316 g)
- Shrimps, peeled and deveined, 0.75 lb (340 g)
- Cucumber, 3/4 cup (82 g)
- Radish, 5 radishes (20 g)
- Olive Oil, 4 tablespoon (60 g)
- Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields (48 g)
- Table salt, 1 pinch (2 g)
- Black Pepper, 1/3 teaspoon (1 g)
- Mayonnaise, 3 tablespoon (42 g)
- Romaine Lettuce, 4 leaf outer (112 g)
- Sesame seeds, 2 tbsp (18 g)
Instructions
- Boil shrimp for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and place in ice water to cool in a mixing bowl.
- In a bowl mix oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
- Slice the avocado, radish and cucumber and add them to the sauce.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Add sesame seeds and garnish with lettuce.

There are no instructions about what to do with the shrimp. Is this another ceviche? I’d rather cook the shrimp.
