    • Hi, Need2lose716. Sure, but note that the two servings will add up to 220 calories per day, which is about the amount of your snack here – so just substitute. However, since the snack is an important opportunity for vegetables – still important, even on a keto plan, I suggest you add very-low-carb vegetables to other meals (cucumber, celery, salad greens, cooking greens, turnip, kohlrabi, radish).

  1. Hi, I’m a newbie and I don’t like trout and other seafood. I like red snapper, talipa, Whiting, sole, butter fish and tuna in water not oil. These are the only seafood that I eat, no shellfish at all. Is there something else I can replace the trout or any other fish?

    • Hi, Kimrdavis11788. Tuna in water is fine in general. You can use any fish, meat, or poultry in these recipes, but for poultry or the leaner fish that you like, you will need to add 1/2 teaspoon of oil (preferably olive) for each ounce of fish or chicken/turkey in the recipe. This will keep your meal keto-supportive.

    • Kmaehansel,

for a serving of one, I put it in my fitness pal app and this is pretty much a rough estimate. Depending on the name brand products that you use.
      6g of Carbs
      22g of fat
      9g of protein

      I hope this helps
