  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Separate each leaf, slice the stalk in chunks, wash and dry carefully.
  3. Place the leaves and the chunks in bowl, and cover with olive oil.
  4. Put some baking paper on an oven dish and place the kale. Sprinkle with salt, oregano and chili powder (to taste).
  5. Bake for approx. 10 mins, or until crispy.
