I dont like almond flour and I just dont think I can eat the zucchini stakes
Hi, Clcondon15. You can use other ground nuts instead, or even 2 tablespoons of coconut flour (you may need to add another egg). If you don’t want to use the recipe at all, you can swap it out for something else. To swap recipes in your menu, click on the edit or crossout tool to the immediate right of a recipe you don’t want, then select a replacement from the pop-up list.
It doesn’t say where to add the fresh basil
Hi, crazedsmileyface. You can add it in step #4.
Batter was way too soupy. Had to add more almond flour to shape into patties. Don’t know how much this altered nutrional content of recipe. Both recipes I had tried have been this way. Suggestions. I am accurately measuring everything.
Hi, Susan15ym. Thanks very much for that feedback. I will pass it along to the recipe team. What was the other recipe?
The blueberry muffins. They were edible but not very pretty. The berries sunk to the bottom, as other have said, and made the bottom of the muffin spongy.
I do not care for onions/scallions in my foods would this be ok to omit?
Hi, Williams426. Yes, that’s fine.
Can I use my air fryer?
Hi, DrBrown427. An air fryer is great if you’re looking for a low-fat option, but it is the opposite of what is good for ketogenesis. If you’re looking for a keto-supportive recipe, then cooking in fat is key.
to make this healthier use coconut flour instead of almond.. almond flour is higher in omega 6 and is a tree nut (allergies) coconut flour requires you use less (1/4 of the amount of almond flou and cost half as much as almond flour.

How do I add this recipe to my weekly planner on a certain day, such as Monday Breakfast. Also can I create it as recurring for all week for breakfast?
Hi, dana2222. If you click on any breakfast item, you will get a pop-up list from which you can select this recipe. You can “heart” it to increase its frequency in your breakfast menus, or you can just repeat your breakfasts as often as you like (even whole days, if you want).
Freezing tips please…
Hi, jbona. These can be frozen before or after cooking, for later cooking or reheating, respectively.
I made these and they were so yummy….my husband even liked them. Will definitely be making them again.
