I like sweets but not for breakfast. Makes me nauseous. No muffins pudding pancakes or waffles.
Hi, Deanah39574. No problem – you can use other recipes such as this instead. Just be sure to right-size the portion so that the calorie amount is similar to that allotted to you for breakfast per the recipe in your menu.
I did not mark cocoanut!!
Hi, Bhale. You can substitute coconut milk and cream with light dairy cream, and olive oil for coconut oil.
Tahini- what is it?
Hi, noahbaby. Tahini is sesame butter – so sort of like peanut butter, but made with sesame seeds. It is high in unsaturated fat and the minerals calcium, copper, and iron, with a bit of protein and fiber.
Also, I did not Mark coconut on my list of things I like when filling info for “my personal” meal plan.
Hi, Lojlady. I’m not sure where the disconnect might be – I will forward this issue to tech support. Meanwhile, you can click on any meal item you don’t want, and replace it with something from the pop-up list.
What is the nutrition? How much protein how many carbs…doesn’t seem keto to me
Hi, Lojlady. That information is near the top of the page, under the title of the recipe. There are more fat grams than the sum of protein+carbohydrate grams, so it is keto-suitable – no worries!
