This meal was delicious!
Hello all! Brand new here. I am 56 and have had a rough 6 six years, including, divorce after 31 years, mother passed away, boyfriend cheated on me, had a massive stroke, daughter sick and in children’s hospital twice, lost my 15 year job because of the stroke, and gained 25 pounds through it all. I need to get my weight under control. Hoping this lifestyle will be the change I need.

Hi, Retired Cop, and welcome! We wish you success here, and are happy to help however we can.
I filled out a personalized form before I bought this program. Why am I getting pork in my recipes? I did not choose pork. Why have me fill out a form, if itโs going to be ignored?
Hi, NovGirl. The menu you received is basically just a template. When you click on the edit tool (a pencil icon) next to the item you don’t want, you can swap it for one of the many pork-free alternatives from the pop-up list. Be sure to prevent the item from appearing the future on other menus you generate, by clicking on the red cross-out icon next to the edit icon.
Note: if you like everything else about a recipe with pork, you absolutely can replace that ingredient with any other type of meat or seafood.
