Ingredients

  • Raspberries, 2 cup (246 g)
  • Pecan nuts, 1.5 cup (156 g)
  • Feta Cheese, 1.5 cup (234 g)
  • Olive Oil, 3 tablespoon (41 g)
  • Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp (32 g)
  • Baby greens, 4 cups (144 g)
  • Table salt, 0.4 teaspoon (2 g)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl whisk together, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt (to taste)
  2. In a separate salad bowl combine the lettuce, feta cheese, pecans, and raspberries.
  3. Add the seasoning to the salad bowl and mix gently.
