Keikei5
MemberIn the video it says to eat 5 to 6 meals a day but my menu plan is only 4 meals. 3 meals and a snack. What are snack options? And I will need to know serving size. If you say boiled eggs how many can i eat? Am I missing the link?

MemberHi, Keikei5. The regular low-carbohydrate meal pattern includes 6 meals/snacks per day, but the keto plan (yours) is just 3+1. The difference is due to how the body metabolizes foods under the respective conditions. If you would still like to try the “6” arrangement with a keto diet, please let me know, and I will explain how to do it.

MemberMy meal plan only shows 3 meals and one snack, why am I missing the other two snacks? Also, how much time should I space between eating my meals (do I eat every 2 hours, 3 hours, etc?) Please help me!
