MemberNever had trouble with constipation UNTIL I started eating on this plan. Love the plan, am feeling much better, but this seems weird .and certainly uncomfortable. I drink one cup,of coffee..black of a morning..after 1-2 glasses of water and drink water rest of the day..has anyone else had this problem and did you get it fixed.

MemberHi, Jan76. It may be due to a sudden and large increase in the amount of fiber you’re eating. You can try increasing the amount of water you drink – especially with meals – and you physical activity (walking is best to tone bowels).
You can also cut back on whole grains and raw vegetables a bit, then gradually add them back in to let your body get used to them.September 29, 2019 at 4:02 am #43940tchr
Memberwish I had the answer, but I too am suffering. In the last 9 months I have steadily lost weight on a 23 g keto diet. All of the sudden I stopped loosing. I dropped down to 16 g and started to gain. I would go 2-4 days with constipation. I record everythingI eat and balance my macros.
can anyone tell me what changes I need to make me loose weight again?

MemberHi, tchr. I see that you have not selected keto in this program. I hope you will find more success with a regular low-carbohydrate plan, which is our default. I encourage you to generate a menu set here, and see if the change suits you. To do this, be sure to enter your height, weight, gender, and age in your profile. After you save that, click on “My Menu” on the home page, then make adjustments as you see fit (there are directions in the menu area). Please also take advantage of our searchable “Tips and Tricks” article collection for information on healthy foods and habits, and our searchable “Recipes” collection for healthy cooking ideas.
No less importantly is physical activity. It doesn’t have to be anything strenuous or time consuming. Are you active? - AuthorPosts
