MemberHow do you know what to buy when it doesn’t specify. For example, it says 4 rice cakes. What kind of rice cakes? and 4 oz of pizza. what kind of pizza? Is there one that already made and frozen? or can I buy any kind of pizza that weighs 4 oz???

MemberHi, Cbcosier. All regular-sized (i.e., not “mini”) rice cakes that are not sweetened have very similar nutritional value, so you can choose which you want. With the pizza, it specifies a cheese pizza, and the weight takes care of the nutritional value (similar weights have similar values, unless it is a specialty pizza – e.g., with a cauliflower crust).
When you buy items, do try to get ones with as close to all-natural ingredients as possible, with minimal artificial additives.September 26, 2019 at 1:37 pm #43921Danielare

MemberHi, Danielare. To see food amounts in grams, click on the icon on the far right side of the toolbar above your menu. Cup is a volume measurement (each is 240 ml).
