I love some of the recipes but I don’t know how to add them to my menu planner? Also, it gives me some recipes but there are not many substitutes, and then it won’t repeat it through week so that is a waste of ingredients. Can I get some help please?
Hi, Kenacotto. The tech team is working on updates, but you don’t have to wait for those. You can simply use any keto recipe you want in the respective category (main meal or snack), without fussing with the computer if it doesn’t yet offer that specific option.
As for the repeat issue, just repeat them yourself – save the other menus for other weeks.
