Is coffee ok
Hi, ChiefAnthony. Coffee itself is absolutely fine – a “free” beverage. What you add to it may be another matter. For sweeteners, we recommend natural no-carbohydrate options like Stevia, erythritol, monk fruit, and allulose (or combinations), and for whiteners, real cream/half-and-half or coconut milk. Note that these can add up if you drink a lot of coffee, so try to go easy.
