I joined the Trim Down Club with the intention of losing weight but not wanting to set myself up to fail, I don’t want to start until after Christmas. How do I reset my 8 week plan? Thank you.
Hi, Michele58. You can just click on the “Week 1” tab near the top of the main 8-Week Plan page. Meanwhile, see if you can get a head start with resetting your thinking – see our article here for tips: https://www.trimdownclub.com/you-will-make-it-through-the-holiday-season-and-enjoy-it/. If nothing else, just think “how can I make this just a little better” during each eating opportunity, and keep in mind that the holidays are for the company, not the food or drinks :).
