I am not a breakfast person simply because I am not an early riser. How will this program affect me if I choose not to eat breakfast most of the time?
Hi, ToniAnnB. If your schedule shifts toward later hours, just follow the menu according to your schedule. As long as you allow at least an hour between your last meal/snack and bedtime, you’ll be fine.
I have tried to cancel this program 3 times you are still billing me what do I have to do to get out!?
Ossie-Sharon,
I am just not a breakfast eater no matter what time I get up. I could get up at 6am or at 10am, I just am just not a breakfast eater.
Hi, ToniAnnB. Understood. So just try to redistribute the most important food group from breakfast (dairy and other protein, fruit) to other meaks throughout the day.
