Ingredients

  • Arugula (rocket), 1 cup (28 g)
  • Olive Oil, 1 tablespoon (15 g)
  • Lemon Juice, 1/2 tablespoons (8 g)
  • Parmesan Cheese in flakes, 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • Table salt, 1 Pinch (2 g)
  • Black Pepper, 1 Pinch (3 g)

Instructions
