Ingredients
- Cucumber, 1 cup (109 g)
- Cabbage, 1/2 cup, chopped (45 g)
- Spring Onions (Scallions), 1 tbsp chopped (6 g)
- Dill, 1 tbsp (18 g)
- Table salt, 1 teaspoon (5 g)
- Lemon Juice, 1 tablespoons (15 g)
- Avocado oil or olive oil, 1 1/2 tbsp (21 g)
Instructions
- In a bowl, finely chop the cabbage.
- Add salt and mix thoroughly, pressing the leaves.
- Slice the cucumber and add it to the bowl with dill and scallions.
- Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and then oil.
- Mix thoroughly and refrigerate.
