Can I use minced onion instead of scallions and can I use mozzarella instead of cream cheese?
Hi, greenbn4. In this recipe, yes x2.
Can I substitute ground beef for the pork?
Hi, Natalie. Yes, but be sure not to get the “lean” or “extra lean” type – 85% is lean enough.
