Ingredients
- Eggs, 4 (172 g)
- Almond flour, 1 cup (15 g)
- Chia seeds, 1/2 cup (88 g)
- Almond milk, unsweetened,1/4 cup (66 g)
- Coconut Oil, 1/4 cup (55 g)
- Baking soda, 2 tsp (10 g)
- Table salt, 1/2 teaspoon (3 g)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl to form a batter
- Grease a laof pan and pour the batter in it.
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Let rest for 10 minutes

Mine didnt look anything like this. Was expecting light and fluffy, got 1″ high and dense. Nothing like pictures. Any suggestions??

Perhaps you can try adding 2 teaspoons of baking powder next time.
Can olive oil and another seed by used?
Hi, SusanBertie. You can try flaxseeds instead of chia. As for the oil, olive is not solid enough to hold the bread together at room temperature or warmer.
How big is the serving size?

How can i add these recipes to my plan. The menu i have now has me only eating brussel sprouts with bacon every snack. How do i change it? It only gives me kale chips as an alternative.
