Ingredients

  • Broccoli, chopped, 6 cups (546 g)
  • Bacon, 6 slices(156 g)
  • Parmesan cheese, shredded, 1 cup (112 g)
  • Garlic powder, 1 tablespoon (10 g)
  • Water, 1/4 cup (60 g)
  • Salt, 1 teaspoon (5 g)
  • Black Pepper, 1 teaspoon, ground (2 g)
  • Cream cheese, 4 oz (112 g)
  • Almond Milk, 2 tbsp (30 g)

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425°F (210°C).
  2. Steam or boil the broccoli, then place them into a saucepan on medium heat.
  3. Add cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, and water to the pan. Add salt and pepper to taste and stir until melted and broccoli is coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an oven dish, top with parmesan cheese and bacon
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
