Can I just use the Mayo and not the other seasonings?
Hi, Denise2020. Yes – the mayonnaise is what makes the recipe keto-supportive.
Can I just eat the boiled eggs? I love deviled eggs but its easier for me just to eat the egg whole with a little bit of salt.
Hi, futuresecure. You can just eat boiled eggs if you have them with an outside source of fat – eggs as they are would be just borderline keto-supportive. That’s why the mayonnaise is added here. Nuts are a good example of something you can have with it.
Not going to lie… disgusting!!!! My whole family spat it out!
Hi, Kemp1980. Next time, try it with dill weed and paprika instead of the curry and poppy seeds, as is done in traditional deviled eggs, and decrease the mayonnaise to 3 tablespoons.
Can this be made as a snack for my keto menu?
Hi, Angdiddy. Yes, but just one egg (two halves) rather than three.
