Please can anyone give me advise on my first keto breakfast to help me get started.
I have bacon,eggs,mushrooms, tomatoes will this be ok I am not sure on quantities.
Hi, tracey3778. You can use your current menu as a guide for amounts of the bacon and eggs. You will need some oil for cooking, and to ensure there is more fat than carbohydrates. So if you use up to 1 medium tomato and 1/2 cup mushrooms with 1 tablespoon of oil (along with the 3 eggs and 52 grams of bacon in the recipe), you’ll be fine.
Hello, I just joined yesterday but I’m not ready to start because I have to buy all the groceries and I rather start on a Monday, can I still go back to week 1 even though I technically should be in week 2?
Also, is there an app or it has to be a website access?
