    Hi, clpuma2408. Yes, that would be fine. You can have one serving of those pancakes with low-sugar syrup and a side of fruit for a breakfast.

    Hi, Janiecstaley. Yes, but we do encourage you to use one with all-natural whole ingredients, such as Bob’s Red Mill or something you may find at Whole Foods Market or Trader Joe’s.
