Clovan12MemberI am beginner for real. I think I missed week one as I am working my way to understand the website. Well, I am starting tomorrow Monday 2/17/20. One thing I do not understand do I change my menu myself for the rest of the week or can I eat what I had also eaten on Monday? Oh, and do you give selections for the rest of the week?

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Clovan12. You can see the recommendations for the rest of the week by clicking on the days of the week to the left of your first menu. You can repeat any menu as often as you like.
