Just looking at my first week menu. For the who have lost weight with this program, do you really eat this much? This is about 3 times what I usually eat in a day. I want to try it, but am fearful of gaining even more weight.
Hi, donnastill. Many new clubmembers have your reaction, mainly because they (and perhaps also you) are used to diets being restrictive. We encourage slow weight loss through nourishing eating that does not involve deprivation – so that it can be sustained and the weight loss remains.
