    can anyone tell me what size cup to use or how many ounces a cup is, in the menu planner it gives some portions as a cup

    1 cup = 8 fluid ounces = 240 ml (cc)

    thanks ossie, what is a cup size, grams ie when measuring friut or shredded wheat?

    Each fruit is different, so it is recommended to just use a standard measuring cup. A standard measuring cup also applies to cereals such as shredded wheat. This is 8 fl oz or 240 cc.
