Hi! I realized a few months ago after some issues that it was vital that I have normal daily bathroom trips… if you know what I mean… and that in my quest for no carbs this was making me have symptoms and therefore I am not a fan of an extreme diet like that for me. Meaning, I have to eat carbs so I have healthy elimination particularly to make sure so that it aids with getting rid of high estrogen. So after doing a dna test for diet the nutritionist stated I need to have or can have 50 grams … I think grams… of carbs daily. However my food testing says no lentils, beans etc. So on the diet plan here I am eating carbs that are gluten free but it seems like a lot and I’m fairly new and will weigh tomorrow to see results but am I eating too many carbs on this diet? I am assuming that it is factored in for me already per my profile?
Hi, Kkrtype. Yes, it is factored in for you per your profile. Hopefully you are finding plenty of options without lentils and beans. If not, please let me know.
