I’m having a hard time eating all the food on the keto plan. Should I change to the intermittent fasting plan? And if so, how do I do that.
Hi, Candylm. The amount of food is the same in the intermittent fasting plan, it’s just a matter of timing in terms of when you eat all the food.
If you change the weight in your profile to 169 lbs, then generate a new menu, you will see less food.
